Small Group Beginners Classes
If you are brand new to training we start you off in our small group beginners classes.
Located in Dundrum, South Dublin, we are easily accessible by bus, luas and car. Our timetable offers a range of class times from 7am onwards.
We keep these classes small so that you can get direct and focused instruction while learning in an environment that’s not too intimidating if you have never trained before.
We recommend three things for new beginners:
- Take the leap and get started
- Aim to train just twice a week as you build up your capacity for training
- Make a goal of 6 weeks of consistent training to give yourself the best starting point.
