Class Structure
Kids Gi & NoGi ( Ages 7-13 )

Each class consists of:
- Movement based warm up: Grappling specific movement skill drills to help develop coordination and prepare for training.
- Grappling bases games: These are activities which will put them in grappling situations with simple goals & problems to solve. These are fun games to start to get them moving & engaging with their training partners.
- Learning Fundamental Techniques: They will learn and practice techniques and build sequences across the fundamental positions within Jiu Jitsu.
- Positional sparring / Live rolling: This is the chance to apply what they're learning in more realistic scenarios under the supervision of the coaches.
