Small Group Beginners Classes
Our Beginners classes are small group NoGi classes. NoGi classes you can join into with just shorts & a t-shirt.
They are 1 hour long and suitable for complete beginners looking for their first introduction to grappling.
You will be training in small groups alongside other beginners to make sure everyone at the start of their journey can get focused attention from their coaches.
These classes work through a Beginners Program which will take you through concepts for attacking and defending from all the basic positions in Jiu-Jitsu

Fundamentals NoGi & Gi
Fundamentals NoGi & Gi classes are also 1 hour long.
These classes are intermediate classes which focus on building a strong foundation of the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu.
The first half of the class focuses on technique and positional drills & second half focuses on rolling.

Mixed Levels Gi & NoGi classes
These classes are 1.5hours long in the evenings and 1 hour long for lunch time classes.
They are suitable for intermediate & advanced practitioners.

Submission Wrestling
Submission Wrestling classes will focus on working your stand up & submission grappling in wrestling specific situations.
These classes are 1.5 hours long and are suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners.

Competition training
Competition training is free and open to visitors.
You must be a blue belt or above to attend.
These sessions focus on JiuJitsu specific competition skills.
If you attend we ask:
- You arrive on time
- Complete the training
- Book in on the schedule to confirm your attendance, as we plan the partners/groups in advance.

Open mat
Open Mats are unstructured sessions on the schedule where you can get in extra rounds, drills or chats.
Open mats are free & open to visitors.
